Following are the policies of Jabooka Bee Candle & Co., the owner and operator of this Web Site. Please read them carefully. These policies will govern the relationship between the Company and its customers, and each party placing an order for merchandise presented will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted such policies as controlling in all respects.

Privacy:

All information provided to the Company by customers will be held in the strictest confidence, and the Company has taken all such steps it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect against improper or unauthorized access thereto. In no event will any such information so provided be sold or otherwise used by the Company for any purpose other than as may be directly related to the conduct of business between the Company and such customer.

Product Availability:

Quantities are offered on all merchandise. Candles are custom poured per order and will require a lead time of 7 days to complete order for shipping. Accordingly, all products are offered subject to prior sale, and in no event will the Company be responsible or liable if a product ordered is for any reason unavailable for shipment. Further, the Company reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason it determines appropriate.

Pricing:

The actual prices at which products are offered for sale on this Site are determined by the Company, in its sole discretion. In those circumstances where a "Suggested Retail Price" is indicated, the suggested price will have been determined on the basis of information provided by that product's supplier.

Payment:

Payment for merchandise purchased may be accomplished through the use of an accepted credit card, or by cashier's or personal check. If payment is by credit card, the customer's credit card account will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order. If payment is by bank check, the Company will defer shipment until that check has cleared.

Credit Card Safety:

All reasonable steps will be taken to protect a customer's credit card account from unauthorized use.

Order Cancellation:

Orders submitted may be cancelled, but only by written notice actually received by the Company prior to shipment. All orders become final upon shipment of the merchandise ordered.

Shipping:

Customers will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges, and these charges will be calculated and added to the customer's invoice. In the event that no shipping and handling charges appear on the shopping cart confirmation statement, this means that the amount could not be calculated through the automatic online Systems, thus they will be calculated and debited to your credit card manually. All shipping and handling charges outside the continuous 48 United States will be calculated manually and added to your bill accordingly. Shipments will be insured, and damage occurring during the shipment of merchandise to a customer will be the responsibility of the carrier. Orders outside of the United States will be paid by certified check or money order only. The company will defer shipment until that check has cleared.

Warranties:

The Company's only express warranty with respect to merchandise offered is that such merchandise is as represented, and all other warranties are expressly denied.

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are welcome to return an item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your method of payment. You assume freight costs for the return shipment.

In no event will the Company be obligated to accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Inquiries:

All inquiries should be in writing and submitted by e-mail or fax. The Company will only be responsible for its written response to any such inquiry.
